This class is designed for students that are unable to go down to the floor safely. Most of the sitting & standing yoga postures are performed with the support of a chair or the wall. The poses will be modified for different levels of capability. People who have special needs, such as those with health issues, may take this class after getting safety instructions from their physician. The purpose of this class is to gently and gradually increase students' strength, fitness and mobility.

$40 a month, or Drop-ins at $12.00 Pro-rated at $10 a class. If you will be paying just prior to class, please arrive 15 minutes early. PREPARE FOR CLASS: Wear loose, comfortable clothing. It is best to do yoga on an empty stomach. Please bring a yoga sticky mat to stabilize your chair.
