Take NC 280 toward Brevard. NC 280 West becomes US 64 West. Take US 64 west toward downtown Brevard. When US 64 branches right, stay on Broad Street. Turn left onto Varsity Street. Enter the first driveway on the right.

Take US 64 west into downtown Brevard. When US 64 branches right, stay on Broad Street. Turn left onto Varsity Street. Enter the first driveway on the right.
