Ian will host a discussion on “The Ritual Sacrifice of Black Men for the Creation of White Identity.” Race is a social construction that uses a highly ritualized framework of human sacrifice, particularly of Black men, in order to create a cohesive and organized community of so-called white people. Join Rev. Ian White Maher for discussion and conversation about the theological underpinnings of race in the United States.
