We are in the midst of a planetary dark night of the soul, marked by a plethora of pandemics. We see and hear them and feel them everywhere. Eco depth psychologists believe that our polycrisis results from a failure of modern human development. From a lack of soul initiation in modern life. The comedian, Rainn Wilson, shows us how to recover our souls in his book “Soul Boom.” Or in his podcast by the same name. Our spiritual explorers group is reading the book.  Carol Flake, will give you a glimpse of the soul boom that is needed to restore our sanity.

Carol Flake is Distinguished Professor Emerita from the University of South Carolina. She has lots of degrees and certificates. In fact, they got piled higher and deeper, resulting in an MS in religion and culture and a PhD in developmental psychology. But Carol swears that she never entered the temple of Sophia (Wisdom), until her retirement/rewirement. Then she discovered eco depth psychology and plunged deeply into Soulcraft.
