What are your Priorities? Who do you want UUTC to be?
Our Board of Trustees retreat October 8th provided an opportunity for Reverend Bob to share his thoughts on the Board’s role, let us reexamine and reaffirm our Vision Statement, and rethink how worship and the church community have changed during the pandemic. If our mission is to transform people and the world, what should UUTC be doing now? We discussed where we want to be five years from now and what we should we be striving for. How can we keep youth and adults connected and involved in UUTC services and activities while the building is closed, and what will worship look like as we re-open? As we head into the winter, we decided to focus on what steps we can take to adapt to the current situation: improve the ventilation system? enhance outdoor meeting spaces? create more small-group activities outdoors? offer more online classes for CRE and ARE? We are turning to YOU to get some input through an easy, online survey and virtual discussions. We hope you’ll participate.
