Speaker: Dr. Royce Zia

UUTC's own Royce Zia, retired professor of physics, will be offering his first sermon today. He writes, "As a teenager with career goals in physics and mathematics, the only way I could live with the many of the concepts in my Christian upbringing was to put them in a separate closet. While most ideas seem incomprehensible or irrational to me, the most difficult was original sin. As a graduate student, I happened to hear a sermon which opened a crack in the walls of that closet. Come and share my “journey of integration” – from a collection of incompatible parts to an intellectually acceptable whole."
