A thin place is a place of energy, a place where the veil between this world and the eternal world is the thinnest.  It is where one may walk in both worlds and feel close to the divine.  The place itself can draw you into itself, transporting you into the presence of the world beyond this one into a mysterious power. A thin place pulsates with an energy which can be felt but not seen.  Sharon Gublo experienced a thin place while on a pilgrimage on the Isle of Iona off the coast of Scotland.  Since that time, she has sought to find other places and experiences in which she may feel close to the divine, where she may connect with both worlds.  She hopes her experience will help others to find their own thin places.
