Meets weekly on Tuesdays
This is a drop-in class, so the teachings are not consecutive nor are they reliant on a previous week’s attendance.
General format: Attendees share names and (if desired) any prior meditation experience or their goal for attendance (about 5 minutes). Then a 10-15 minute teaching about mindfulness, followed by a guided body scan (approx. 10 minutes) and a 15 minute silent meditation. Questions and discussion follows.
