“Soul & Soil Are Not Separate”
Join Rev. Bob Renjilian on Tuesday, October 26th, at 7:00 pm for an evening discussion of environmentalism sustained and guided by religion. As Terry Tempest Williams was quoted in the book All We Can Save : “Soul and soil are not separate. Neither are wind and spirit nor water and tears. We are eroding and evolving, at once, like the red rock landscape before me.” Our Unitarian Universalist values call us to spiritual growth, the wisdom of Earth-based traditions, and respect for the interdependent web. This evening includes a video conversation with Rev. Fred Small, a Unitarian Universalist Minister for Climate Justice, named one of the top 15 Green Religious Leaders in the world.
