We are crafting shallow chalices of stoneware that can support a candle — something like when we bring water for a water communion, or flowers for a flower communion. We need to know who can create their own from clay that is provided, or who is not able to retrieve the clay and needs a chalice made on their behalf.

Once chalices are completed and “leather hard,” they should be returned to UUTC on the day specified — you will be notified once you have completed the information at the button below. The chalices will be fired by Mud Dabbers Pottery, and when they are complete, we will have a twilight lighting ceremony that will be livestreamed on Facebook, recorded, and then uploaded to our website for those who are not on Facebook. This ceremony is tentatively scheduled for June 21st.
