Sierra Cub is an advocate for the environment.  And as such, its members need to understand the issues.  For every current and new environmental issue in the news, it has become more difficult to distinguish fact from fiction.  Thursday’s program will take a look at where to turn for reliable information, how to verify facts, and how to become well-informed.

The meeting will be held Thursday, Feb. 27 at the Unitarian Universalist Church at the intersection of South Broad and Varsity Street in Brevard, with a social time from 7 pm and the presentation beginning at 7:30 pm.  The meeting is free and open to the public.
