In this homily, Dr. Sandin explores the meaning of faith, wondering if it is a form of knowing or rather something else. Spanish has two different verbs to convey the concept of knowing: saber and conocer. Dr. Sandin will take advantage of the distinction between these two verbs in his effort to answer the question "what is faith?"

The first guiding Principle of Unitarian Universalism is the inherent worth and dignity of every person.
