What Is Faith?

"This is not fact; this is the other part of knowing something, when there is no proof, but neither is there any way toward disbelief." ... Mary Oliver

In this homily, Dr. Sandin explores the meaning of faith, wondering if it is a form of knowing or rather something else. Spanish has two different verbs to convey the concept of knowing: saber and conocer. Dr. Sandin will take advantage of the distinction between these two verbs in his effort to answer the question "what is faith?"

This month's theme: Faith

Speaker: Pedro Sandin
