When God speaks to Job out of a whirlwind, what Good News could there possibly be? Whirlwinds are terrifying and Job's predicament is beyond miserable. And in the 38th chapter of the Book of Job, God doesn't come across as One who cares for Job. How can I believe that God cares for me?
