Born in Chattanooga and graduate of U of Chattanooga (now part of UT), David Grant served around the world in the USAF as a pilot. He retired in 1994 as a Lt. Col. and moved from Germany, with his wife Betsy, to Brevard in 1996.  They have three sons and a number of grandchildren. Dave's story, in part, tells of his time as a POW.
