Morning Meditation

Ben Browning will lead the meditation. The exact format may vary daily based on the needs and requests of those in attendance. We anticipate that the program will be comprised primarily of 20 to 40 minute silent meditation periods, and perhaps some chanting, guided meditation, walking meditation, reading and discussion of meditation-related topics. The details are up to you.

Meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
