This class is designed for students that are able to get on and off the floor safely. In Vitality Yoga, Kashmyra focuses on youthful posture, correct movement mechanics, deep breathing and building core strength. Vitality Yoga helps to reduce pain and increase energy. This holistic practice benefits body, mind and spirit. The beauty of yoga is that you can begin at any age.
Yoga has been shown to reverse the aging process, improving overall health. It increases muscle elasticity, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and brain function. This class is moderately paced.

$40 a month, or Drop-ins at $12.00 Pro-rated at $10 a class. If you will be paying just prior to class, please arrive 15 minutes early. PREPARE FOR CLASS: Wear loose, comfortable clothing. It is best to do yoga on an empty stomach. Please bring a yoga sticky mat to stabilize your chair.
