An all day event, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the day will include talks on mindfulness in everyday living, sitting meditation, walking meditation and a vegetarian lunch.
Mindfulness has been shown to have many benefits, including, but not limited to: overall improvement of health, stress reduction, improved memory, self-knowledge and compassion. Mindfulness is cultivated through many contemplative practices including meditation.

There is a non-refundable donation of $15 for Members/Friends or $20 for all others. Scholarships are available for those who cannot pay.
